Support during titration

Throughout titration, you're not on your own. Whether you have a question, need to move an appointment, or want to speak to someone sooner, we're here to support you.

Your regular titration appointments are the best time to discuss your treatment, ask questions, and get personalised advice. We'd encourage you to keep a note of any concerns or queries as they come up so you can raise them at your next review.

Using this Help Centre

Our Help Centre is available 24/7 and covers common questions about ADHD, assessment and the titration pathway. It's worth bookmarking for easy access throughout your treatment – and it's often the quickest way to get an answer.

Speak to the team

For non-urgent questions, you can get the quickest answer from this Help Centre. Private patients can email us at privatepatients@careadhd.co.uk and NHS Right to Choose patients at nhspatients@careadhd.co.uk. For anything urgent, please call us on 0204 525 0709.

Medication queries

For anything related to your medication, the best people to speak to are our partner pharmacy, Pharmacy by Cure Clinics. We look after your titration and care, and the pharmacy takes care of dispensing your medication, delivery and payments. Contact the pharmacy directly if you:

  • Haven't received your payment link

  • Want to know when your medication will arrive

  • Have questions about the medication you've received

  • Need to ask about pricing or availability

Pharmacy by Cure Clinics: contact@pharmacy.cureclinics.uk 01772 500 424

Urgent and emergency support

Emergency support isn't part of our titration service. If you feel unwell due to your medication or need urgent medical assistance:

  • Stop taking your medication immediately

  • Contact your GP or visit your nearest hospital

Please also let your clinician know about any adverse reactions at your next appointment.

FAQs

Who should I contact about my medication delivery?

Please contact Pharmacy by Cure Clinics directly for anything related to delivery, pricing, or your medication itself – contact@pharmacy.cureclinics.uk or 01772 500 424.

What's the difference between rescheduling and booking an extra appointment?

Rescheduling moves an existing appointment to a different date. Booking an extra appointment is an additional session on top of your scheduled ones. These may be available to NHS patients at no extra cost. Ad hoc appointments are available for £140 for private patients.
